Plan B has been inspired by Riz MC to raise money for the people in Pakistan. He plans on making his version of the track Hard Times with Elton John and Paloma Faith.
“The reason why I first thought of doing the single is because of this guy Riz Ahmed (Riz MC) in my film – he’s Pakistani and he put on an event after the floods first happened. I felt it was wrong that probably because of the s*** going on in the Middle East with the war that, as Westerners, we didn’t seem to give a f*** about Pakistani people." He adds " Kids were dying in floods, but it wasn’t promoted heavily over here as it was going on. Haiti was promoted when that happened, but it didn’t happen in Pakistan.”
