Alicia Keys hosts the Black Ball in London
Alicia Keys painted London town black in celebration of the 3rd annual Keep a Child Alive Black Ball. The event was held at London’s Camden Roundhouse, the soulful singer walked the red carpet with hubby Swizz Beats in a strapless black feather dress. The stars arrived at the ball paying £1,500 for a individual ticket and £20,000 for platinum gala table for 10 people. Stars turned up in the sharpest suits and quirkiest of dresses. Mark Ronson was on the decks and provided the music for the night. However, the main act for the night, George Micheal pulled out at last minute due to an illness. He tweeted
'Hi boyz n girls....bad news im afraid... This tooth ain't getting better in time for tonight, not enough to sing anyway..... :(.'
The event was for a great cause, to raise money and awareness to provide treatment for families affected by HIV and AIDS in India and Africa. The Grammy Award Winner spoke in an interview on the red carpet 'The people here get involved, they feel it passionately and they are about it. Everybody who's here tonight are incredible to me, and I'm really so proud of them for giving their time like this.' She added 'It's such an important thing for me to do this work, and for us to have a voice for the voiceless, so many people out there are having to head their households, and they're a child. Imagine having to raise your brothers and sisters and having to worry about putting food on the table.'

Frank Ocean… Need I say anymore? He is the most talked about singer right now and has been rumoured to work on the project, Watch The Throne, the next up and coming album from Jay-Z and Kanye West. He set the rumours straight via his Tumblr.
"I don’t wanna spoil too much for you, but.. you’re on a plane right now to the East coast to work with Kanye West and Jay-Z. It’s all working out kid. You made it."

Yesterday Beyonce touched down in Nice, France with her mother, Tina Knowles. She kept herself discrete wearing leggings, black shades, toweing black heels and a white blazer. She smiled politely for the photographers despite her album, 4, being leaked on the internet. Watch out for her performance at Glastonbury on June 26th.
Lil Wayne Unplugged (MTV)
Lil Wayne joined the prestigious list of the few hip-hop artists to have their own MTV Unplugged special. The Young Money star performed his selected tracks with a live band to an intimate audience. He also covered Tupac’s track Hail Mary.
"It’s very intimate and they damn sure picked the right artist to do it with ’cause if you’re not a full artist, you can’t do an ‘Unplugged," Wayne told MTV’s Sway. "You have to be a full circle artist, you have to have everything because it’s so intimate. If there’s any flaws, they will be spotted. So I suggest you be flawless."

Adele covers Glamour Magazine and announces new single
Adele may have had to postpone her tour in America from falling ill which affected her voice, as we can see it hasn't affected her face and attitude at all! She took to the cover of Glamour Magazine's July edition. The songstress also revealed that Set Fire To The Rain will act as the next single from her album 21.
Fabolous performs Y'all Don't Hear Me Tho on Brooklyn Bridge
A sick rapper, a bridge, a camera and a boombox. Fabolous and Vevo headed over to the Brooklyn Bridge in New York America and performed 'Y'all Don't Hear Me Tho', from his mixtape, The S.O.U.L Tape. The american rapper says in the vlog “I’ve never done this before. I’ve never walked over the bridge. I definitely think it’s like part of hip-hop, even down to the boombox. I just wanted to do something that was different, even for me. Just showing the people that I’m from where you from. I grew up here, I know their environment, so you walk the same walks of life as they do.”
On Set Pictures From Estelle Ft. Rick Ross - Break My Heart
Estelle headed over to California with Rick Ross to shoot the video for ‘Break My Heart’. This single is from her third studio album All Of Me, due later this year. Irean Sheffiled and Chris Robinson have teamed up to create a crisp summer visuals with a Mercedes Coupe and Estelle’s killer legs. I like this track, has a smooth laid back feel and I think the video will top it off.
