Top Boy (Channel 4)
Top Boy is a four part drama series that will be aired on Channel 4 at the end of October. Written by Ronan Bennet, directed by Yann Demange, the drama is set in East London. The drama follows the lives on young people who are all in some way involved with each other. As they face the decisions and consequences from drugs. gangs, greed and poverty, the story unfolds. The likes of Kano. Ashley Walters, Snakeyman and Scorcher all feature in this gritty drama.

Drake postpones album Take Care
So we wont have the highly anticipated album from Drake on October 24th. A message was posted on the OVO Blog explaining the reason for the delay.
The new date for Take Care is November 15th, 2011. I managed to create this album in my hometown of Toronto and the thoughts and stories I wanted to get across just became so clear. It truly felt like when I was here 3 years ago making So Far Gone. So I have completed 19 songs (17 on physical and 2 on bonus), and have run into a roadblock of clearing 3samples in time to make the October 24th date. My options were to take the songs off and make the birthday release happen, or to take an extra couple weeks to get the paper work right and give you thealbum they way I NEED you to hear it. The choice was clear as day for me. November 15th you will get Take Care the exact way I created it with no trimmings. This music means too much to me to get attached to dates and I do apologize for the delay but I promise that it is only for the benefit of our experience together. Club Paradise Tour will also be moved to when students are back from the Christmas/New Year break so that I can get to more schools. New dates will be released in the next week…see you all soon.

The RnB singer songwriter who was born in London and raised in North Hertfordshire is influenced by musicians such as Tank, Jasmine Sullivan and Stevie Wonder. Working hard with his team, SMG, in the studio, the release of his EP titled ‘Smooth’ is well under way. Whilst working hard, Kaleem released his first track ‘Blow Out’. This is the track where you can't help but nod along to the beat; the track has a cool, retro feel to it and with some real smooth vocals. After the amazing feedback and love received from ‘Blow Out’, the next track ‘Never’ was dropped. This track has the RnB theme running through out. The vocals are effortless.
BBC 1Xtra have also taken a liking to Kaleem’s music as he was featured on DJ Targets 100% HomeGrown session, where he debuted his single Blow Out and spoke about his music. Not only is he creating this soulful music in the studio, he is performing live shows with the likes of Talay Riley. Both tracks are available to download. Nas - Nasty (Behind The Scenes)
Nas went back to his hometown, Queens, New York to shoot the visual for his first single titled Nasty. This track is from the upcoming album 'Life Is Good'. Nike Air Yeezy 2
Kanye West premièred his second instalment to his Nike Air Yeezy 2 trainer collection at the MTV VMAs. An official date has not been set, so we will just have to watch and wait.

Beyonce and Jay-Z are expecting!
So last night at the MTV VMA Awards in LA, Beyonce revealed she is expecting her first baby. She debuted her baby bump on the black carpet as she wore an orange gown by Lanvin. She told the papps that she had a surprise as she touched her bump. She still rocked the stage in a Dolce and Gabanna purple tux as she performed Love On Top. When she finished the performance she once again showed off her bump as the crowd stood in applause.
